A Bit About Me
Kyra is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a full registration with Speech Pathology Australia. She completed her Bachelors of Speech Pathology at Flinders University in 2021.

Kyra is a passionate Speech Pathologist with a strong commitment to connection-driven, child-led therapy. She prioritizes each client's unique strengths, interests, and sensory needs to foster meaningful connections and build a foundation for effective communication and engagement. Kyra deeply values establishing strong, trusting relationships with families, believing that therapy is a truly collaborative journey.

She enjoys collaborating with and mentoring other speech pathologists, and is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge. This includes staying current with research, engaging in professional development, learning from fellow clinicians, and valuing the lived experiences shared by clients and their families. Kyra has extensive experience working across various settings, including clinic, school, and preschool environments, and has provided support in one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and multidisciplinary contexts.

Kyra has experience working with neurodiverse children, including those who are autistic, an ADHDer, or children with gestalt language processing (GLP), and Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). She also supports children experiencing various speech, language, and literacy differences.​​
