Vanessa is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a full registration with Speech Pathology Australia. She completed her Masters of Speech Pathology from Flinders University.
Vanessa believes in using a strengths based, family and child centred, collaborative approach to working with children and aims to implement practices that are respectful, culturally competent, trauma-sensitive and empathetic.

Vanessa enjoys hanging out with her husband and 4 year old Labrador, Chloe. They also recently welcomed a newborn to their family. Vanessa enjoys learning more about neurodiversity - especially on how the practice can be a strong ally to neurodivergents and how our clinicians can provide respectful and strength-based services.​
Louisa Neate
Senior Speech Pathologist
Neurodivergent Ally II She/Her
Louisa is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a full registration with Speech Pathology Australia. She completed her Bachelors of Speech Pathology from Flinders University in 2018. Before joining the Nurture team, Louisa was part of the Speech Pathology team at Autism SA.
Louisa believes in using a strengths based, family and child centred approach to working with children. Louisa has extensive experience collaborating with allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists to provide holistic intervention to the children she works with. She is a strong advocate for learning from the autistic community (lived experiences). Louisa implements and supports the Nurture team to use strength-based approaches and reporting.

Rebecca is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a full registration with Speech Pathology Australia. She completed her Bachelors of Speech Pathology from Flinders University in 2018.
Rebecca is an energetic and motivated Speech Pathologist who is passionate about providing high quality Neurodiveristy affirming intervention. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults, supporting their communication needs and promoting autonomy.

Rebecca believes in using a strengths based, family and child centred approach and is a strong advocate for the individuals she works with. She has experience collaborating with allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants to provide holistic intervention.

Emma believes in using a strengths based, trauma-sensitive, family and child centred approach to working with children. Emma is passionate about advocating for the implementation of respectful and neurodiversity affirming approaches for all the children she works with.

Sophia is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a full registration with Speech Pathology Australia. She completed her Masters of Speech Pathology from Flinders University in 2022.
Sophia is passionate about supporting autistic individuals and ADHDers (individuals with ADHD). She understands the importance of supporting a child's regulation and sensory needs before expecting participation.

Caitlin uses a strengths based, family and child centred approach to working with children. Caitlin believes in meeting the child where they are at and working with their interests. She is passionate about providing holistic interventions through close collaboration with the child's care team (e.g. Occupational Therapists).
